RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At VivaCare, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

  1. RIGHT TO CANCEL
    Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products can only be returned if:

  • They are unused

  • They are unopened

  • They are in original packaging

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  1. REFUNDS
    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

  3. RETURN SHIPPING
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
